The First Rework / 001

This was the first piece made for UpcycledRunway, a small fashion project that started with a simple question: What else can we create from what already exists?

I’ve always loved the idea of looking at something familiar and seeing a different possibility in it. For this project, I wanted to see how a pre-loved garment could be transformed into something new, something more personal, and something I could truly call my own.

It was also a reminder that fashion doesn’t always have to start with something new. Sometimes, it just needs a little imagination, patience, and another chance.

I’m grateful to Sir Aldwin for helping me bring this idea to life and showing me that it was possible. This first rework may be a small beginning, but it means a lot to me.
